Why? They sell one or more product that misrepresent the truth. This is fraud per the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) .A class action lawsuit was filed but because I was assured by Morgan and Morgan I would get nothing out of it to pay for a $20,000 loss- I “might’ be lucky to get my money back. Because I questioned their ethics, they dropped the case. My argument was I wanted to be made whole – they would not do that but would take millions for themselves.
Backing? This is backed by documented proof. The lights are not beveled glass, the bottom portion is made to look like glass but two to four years later you find out they lied. It turns yellow, it is beveled plastic.

Forcing me to go to my bank to get cash over $4200 and then to not accept it because I was $25.00 over
They called the police because I was 25.00 over – remember this is US dollars – cash.
They also shorted me 2.9 yards of concrete as the provider I did go through go their concrete from them – unbeknown to me at the time – this is truly an evil company.

Why? Customer service rated 0 based on Tony with this company. They finally replaced the windows but it was unbearable while Tony harassed me at their shop. The charge me the same amount if I showed up at the shop or not. The damaged my pavers, they drove away because they did not want cardboard under their car to catch any oil as agreed on the phone. They quoted over $230,000, They took my plans and would not return them. My plans are priority and intellectual property. Filed a report of thief with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office. Jack and David are the worse of what human’s have to offer.They are the epitome of the bad name Scottsdale Arizona is known for; full greed and a screw you attitude. They should be banned from doing business and revoke their corporate commission license.
