When the strong prey upon the weak and set themselves as saviors, they are deceiving the people and betraying humanity. With the plight of human tyranny manifested as organized government, we the people must draw the line by which standards must be upheld. The truths that were supposed to be self evident have been obscured by rhetoric. In order to understand the context by which the principles have been set forth at Radical Change the fundamental foundation of what is right and what is wrong must be made clear. You must put aside all bias and ask yourself is it ethically and morally right for the strong to take advantage of the weak? It is ok to bully as long as someone is getting rich? Is this what being an American is all about? If I can screw you and make myself rich at the same time it is ok because that is capitalism? Right? To use capitalism as an excuse to abuse and not face the moral consequences is a disgrace. To deny this denies a just and moral humanity. When one group has a strategic advantage over another group there is usually a law to help the disadvantaged group. We hold our right to heath care to be self evident that we deserve from birth fundamental principles that keep us alive and healthy. The right to non-essential cosmetic surgery or because you don’t’ like the way your right finger looks is not what we are talking about here. For elective things like this charge what the market will bear. When we go beyond that right we fail humanity and predators become our only hope. We fight predatory lending, and child predators, but we have failed to fight healthcare predators that demean and demoralize us. Who among you will allow a wolf to attend your sheep? None, not one sane person would allow such absurdity. Therefore we install the law that protects our fundamental right to health while protecting free enterprise and civil liberties. We set forth the following guiding principles and laws that protect the people, citizens of the United States.

It is inextricably clear that the request to be born is not under our control and because we have no choice if we wish to live; therefore we install the law that protects our fundamental right to healthcare while protecting free enterprise and civil liberties.

When healthcare conflicts with capitalistic monetary compensation (money) it is no longer healthcare it is a business with a goal of generating revenue for self advancement (such a small office) or to provide profit for large corporation who report to a board or shareholders/stock holders. The conflict is profit and to profit off of the despair of those people who have no remedy or recourse to solve their current condition other than to consume what a healthcare business is providing. The concept of making profit off of someone’s unfortunate condition, whether self imposed or not is not acceptable nor moral behavior.

When there is the idea and concept of money there always will be a bias agenda that is all too often self-serving and not in the best interest of any patient. This conflict of interest MUST be removed from healthcare where that healthcare serves to keep a human alive and well.

Every individual has a right to make choices. However, a result of those choices of one person shall / should never burden another individual who had no choice or say/input in the decision making process; therefore it is not reasonable to tax any party for a healthcare decision that arises because of someone else poor decision.

… MORE TO BE ADDED Such as when that a decision for  simple breast implants now creates a life threatening event. You yourself put yourself in harms way – nobody did this to you – was your choice; but the risk of that life threatening event MUST be DISCLOSED.

Brest implants is a vanity option – it is not required to maintain your health. Therefore I will expand on this concept further but it is not fair to others who pay in or doctors who do the work to expect ….
